ORDER PROCESSING:Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way! LOCAL DELIVERYDuring checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. FLAT RATE SHIPPINGOrders are generally shipped within 5 business days. We do not ship outside of United States at this time. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Navi Luxe Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGESWe accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nasiya@naviluxeco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
